| 为推进落实全市改善医疗服务行动计划，进一步加强医师依法执业，落实16项医疗核心制度，规范诊疗行为，持续改进医疗服务质量，保证临床医疗科学、合理、有效，确保医疗质量安全，市卫生计生委结合实际，构建了医师执业行为质量安全评价体系。体系由4个部分组成：一是病历书写，二是医疗核心制度，三是依法执业，四是临床用血。通过病历对这4个方面进行考评，确保荆门市医疗质量得到控制并持续性改进，增强医务人员规范化的病历书写意识，促进医疗质量的全面提高。 |

| The Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission constructs the quality and safety evaluation system of physician practice combined with the actuality. This system will promote the implementation of the city in improving medical services plan of action and further strengthen the physician practice in accordance with the law. It implements 16 medical core systems and standardizes the medical behavior continuously to improve the medical service quality. It ensures the clinical medical science, reasonable and effective, and ensures the quality and safety of health care. The system consists of four parts: the first is medical records, the second is the core of the medical system, the third is practice according to law, and the fourth is the clinical use of blood. Through the medical records of these four aspects of evaluation, the city’s medical quality control and continuous improvement can be ensured, and the medical personnel standardized medical record writing consciousness be enhanced, and the comprehensive improvement of medical quality be improved. |
