| The construction of medical disputes arbitration mechanism is feasible both in theory and in practice. It is suggested to establish medical disputes arbitration court in the existing arbitration institutions，build the collegiate bench，strengthen the mediation before arbitration and design flexible arbitration procedure，to form a high-quality arbitrator team. |
