目的 测算某市2020年治疗床位合理配置标准，探讨课题组设计的治疗床位合理规模测算模型可行性。方法 以某市为例，借助治疗床位合理规模测算模型，按照收集数据、模型模拟、测算结果、专家论证的步骤，测算上海市2020年治疗床位合理配置水平。 结果 采用课题组设计的治疗床位合理规模测算模型，某市2020年治疗床位合理规模测算标准为千人口治疗床位为4.27张左右。结论 某市2020年治疗床位合理规模测算结果符合上海市实际情况，已被某市卫生和计划生育委员会采纳作为某市2020年床位规划标准参考依据。课题组设计的治疗床位合理规模测算模型方法具有可行性，为区域卫生规划中床位配置标准提供方法学基础，有助于相关决策者参考。 |

Objective
Demonstrate the feasibility of measuring model about measuring appropriate scale of therapeutic bed in regional health planning in case study of Shanghai. Method Follow by the steps of collecting data，data simulation，computing result，expert argumentation to calculate the appropriate scale of therapeutic bed of Shanghai，2020. Result The appropriate therapeutic bed of Shanghai，2 020，is 4.7(therapeutic beds to a thousand people). Conclusion The computing results of shanghai is consistent with actual situation of Shanghai and has been adopted by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning to direct the installation planning of medical institution of Shanghai. The model is demonstrated to be practicable and scientifical in the demonstration study of Shanghai，which provide a new methodology in regional health planning for health releated policy makers. |
