介绍了在甲状腺外科门诊构建医护一体化协作模式的做法。通过实施前后对比分析表明，实施医护一体化协作对当日挂号、加号患者做到精准分诊、导诊、转诊，消除了排队长龙；同时通过护士对病人进行诊前指导、候诊教育，提高了医生接诊效率，缩短了患者候诊时间，使加号患者就诊提前；完善了甲状腺专科层级医疗，优质医疗资源充分利用；护士知识结构、人际沟通能力提升。 |

| Medical integration cooperation mode in the thyroid surgery clinic is introduced. Health care integrated cooperation model (HCICM) contributed to precise referral with respect to day consultation and extra consultation patients, and avoided long waiting queue；The pre-consultation guidance and education from the nurses increased efficiency of doctors’ consultation, decreased the waiting time and made sure extra patients have consultation earlier；Hierarchical consultation system in thyroid surgery outpatient department was completed , which was beneficial for better distribution of medical resources; Nurses’ knowledge proportion and communication ability were improved. |
