| 目的
梳理医院效率研究演进路径，为国内医院效率研究提供参考。方法 在Web of Science 数据库中以“医院效率”为主题进行检索，应用CiteSpace信息可视化软件绘制医院效率研究文献共被引网络图谱。结果 选取中心性≥0.05为标准，共探测出15篇关键节点文献。从效率理论与测量方法以及医院效率研究演进两个角度，对15篇关键节点文献进行梳理分析。结论 效率测量的方法经历了不断突破和创新的过程，为医院效率研究提供了新的视角。医院效率的研究内容从单纯的医院效率测量研究，逐渐深入到医院效率影响因素的探讨，为医院效率的改进提供了方向。 |

Objective
To summarize the evolution of hospital efficiency. Methods The articles themed by “hospital efficiency” and published in the database of web of science, CiteSpace is used to facilitate the analysis of the intellectual structure and emerging trends. Results A total of 15 key nodes of literatures were detected with the criteria that the betweenness centrality was over 0.05. These articles were analyzed from two aspects: efficiency measurements and efficiency applications in health care. Conclusion The efficiency measurement methodologies experienced a process of innovation to provide a new perspectives for hospital efficiency research. The research contents developed from efficiency measurement to efficiency factors analysis，which indicate the direction for efficiency improvement. |
