合理的绩效考核方法能够引导医务人员行为,最大限度激发其积极性。收支结余法是目前很多公立医院采用的绩效考核方法,这种方法因其“重量不重质”,严重制约了医疗业务水平的提高,加重了病人负担,激化医患矛盾。病例组合指数是用于评价疾病难易程度的量化指标。以湖北省某医院胸外科两年的数据为研究对象,用病例组合指数对该科室的绩效进行了评价,该种方法在鼓励科室开展新业务、发展新技术方面有较好的效果。 |

Abstract: |
Reasonable performance evaluation methods can not only lead to the medical behavior of medical personnel,but also stimulate the enthusiasm of their work. At present,many public hospitals still use “Balance of payments” to evaluate the performance of their employees,because of the method emphasised on quantity not quality, seriously restricted the development of medical service level,increased the burden of patients and intensified the contradiction between doctors and patient. Case mix Index (CMI) is a quantitative index for evaluating the degree of difficulty of the disease. This paper chooses the data and uses CMI to evaluate the performance of the Thoracic Surgery department of a hospital in Hubei Province. This method can effectively encourage clinical department to carry out new business and develop new technologies. |
