| 目的 对多院区医院运行效率进行评价，并分析建立分院前后运行效率的变化趋势，为多院区医院发展与管理提供决策依据。方法 运用数据包络分析方法对5家样本医院运行效率进行分析。结果 9年间样本医院技术效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率总体呈上升趋势，但期间经过建立分院后的短暂低迷期；技术效率的提高主要依靠纯技术效率的发挥，而并不依赖于规模效率的实现。结论 新建分院不会对医院运行效率产生长期剧烈负面影响，但应尤其注意优化组织管理以进一步激发规模效率，同时可考虑采取包括兼并重组在内的多种形式。 |

| Objective This paper evaluated the operational efficiency of multi-campuses hospitals and analyzed its trends before and after setting up a new campus to provide evidence for the decision to the development and management of multi-campuses hospitals. Methods Conducting data envelopment analysis to analyze the operational efficiency of 5 sample hospitals. Results As a whole，the technical efficiency，pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of sample hospital have increased in 9 years，but a short-term slump period is necessary. Pure technical efficiency，rather than scale efficiency，is the dominant source of improvement of technical efficiency. Conclusion Setting up new campus do not conduce long negative impact on operational efficiency. It is necessary to optimize the organization management to improve scale efficiency. Many forms such as merger can be used to setting up new campuses. |
