| 系统梳理当前医师评价指标体系的相关文献，重点分析和归纳国内外医师评价的差异，剖析国内当前在医师评价方面存在的问题。结果显示，当前科学评价医师的指标体系正日益形成，但在指标设计的科学性和权重分配方面仍有待完善，依旧缺乏较为客观操作的科学量表。在文献研究基础上提出了完善医师评价指标体系的政策建议。 |

| Systemically research the literatures of physician evaluation system, analyzed and summarized the difference of physician evaluation between at home and abroad, analyzed of current domestic issues in the presence of a physician evaluation. The results showed that our current scientific evaluation index system physicians had formed increasingly, but the distribution of scientific and weights in index design need to be improved, a more objective scientific scale is absent. This article also put forward a sound policy recommendations regarding physician evaluation system based on the literature research. |
