| To explore and establish the performance appraisal system of senior technical title surgery physician to fit the development of the hospital.on the basis of the hospital surgical department. Followed the principle of SMART，setting up assessment methods based on the key performance indicators (KPI). The result shows that the method could objectively and rationality reflect the physician’s office job performance，which laid a foundation for fine management. |
