高级技术职称医师绩效考核制度的探索

摘要:
以医院手术科室为试点,探索建立适合医院发展的高级技术职称医师绩效考核体系。遵循SMART原则,建立以关键绩效指标为基础的考核办法。研究表明,该方法能客观反映参评医师的工作绩效,具有合理性,为精细化管理奠定了基础。

Abstract:
To explore and establish the performance appraisal system of senior technical title surgery physician to fit the development of the hospital.on the basis of the hospital surgical department. Followed the principle of SMART,setting up assessment methods based on the key performance indicators (KPI). The result shows that the method could objectively and rationality reflect the physician’s office job performance,which laid a foundation for fine management.
