| 运用自行设计的医生心理契约调查表对我国东、中、西3省（直辖市）9个地区的128所公立医院的2210名医生进行了调查，对其中政府/社会责任实际履行状况的医生评分进行了分析，结果显示公立医院医生对政府/社会有着较高的责任期望，获得社会应有的地位与尊重等成为最迫切的期待。 |

| The study investigated 2210 physicians of 128 public hospitals in nine districts located in three provinces among the east, central and west areas in China by using the self-designed physician psychological contract questionnaire. Analysis on the evaluation of respondents on fulfillment of government and social responsibilities. The result showed that public hospital physicians held relatively high expectations to government and social responsibilities. The most urgent expectation is to obtain the proper social status, respect and so on. |
