| 目的 调查分析我国公立医院医生对自身履责状况的评价。方法 对我国东、中、西3省(直辖市)9个地区的128所公立医院的2 210名医生进行抽样调查,运用描述分析、方差检验、有序多分类logistic回归进行分析。结果 医生对自身履责评分的均值多在5分以上,其中,发展责任最低,交易和关系责任相对较好。医院级别,医生性别、学历、工龄、健康状况和择业理由,均对医生自我履责评价有显著影响。结论 医生自我履责评价总体较优,发展责任略显不足。相关组织与个体影响因素为医生心理契约的有效管控提供了重要参考信息。 |

| Analysis on the Evaluation of Public Hospital Physicians on Fulfillment of Their Own Responsibilities |

| Objective This study aimed to investigate physicians’ evaluation of the fulfillment of their own obligations and explore the influencing factors. Methods The sampling was conducted in 128 public hospitals in three provinces among the east, central, and west areas in China. Using the descriptive analysis, variance test, and ordinal ploytomous logistic regression to analyze. Results The means of physicians’ evaluation of the four types of their own responsibilities fulfillment were all above 5, and among them, the developmental responsibility was deemed as the worst, the transactional and relational responsibilities were relatively better. Concerning the influencing factors, the hospital level, physicians’ gender, education, position, tenure, health status and the initial reason for engaging in medicine all played the significant role. Conclusion Overall, physicians evaluation of their responsibilities fulfillment was good, but the developmental section was insufficient. The corresponding organizational and the personal factors provided important information to effectively manage physicians’ psychological contract. |
