| 运用自行设计的医生心理契约调查表对我国东、中、西3省（直辖市）9个地区的128所公立医院的2 210名医生进行了调查，对其中医院责任实际履行状况的医生评分进行了分析，结果显示医生对医院责任的评价并不乐观，发展、关系责任尤其值得关注，医院级别、学历、职称、年收入、健康状况和择业理由，均对医院履责评价有显著影响。 |

| The study investigated 2 210 physicians of 128 public hospitals in nine districts located in three provinces among the east, central and west areas in China by using the self-designed physician psychological contract questionnaire. Analysis on the evaluation of respondents on fulfillment of hospital responsibilities. The result showed that the evaluation on the fulfillment of hospital responsibilities was unsatisfactory, especially for the developmental and relational responsibilities. The influencing factors that the hospital level, physicians’ education degree, position, annual salary, health status and the initial reason have a significantly positive influence on the fulfillment of hospital responsibilities. |
