运用自行设计的医院管理者和医生心理契约调查表对我国东、中、西3省(直辖市)9个地区的128所公立医院进行了调查,分析比较管理者与普通医生对医院、政府/社会实际履责的评价差异。结果显示,管理者对4大医院责任(交易、发展、关系、理念责任)实际履行状况的评分均显著高于普通医生,尤其是发展责任,但对政府/社会实际履责的评分则无显著差异。 |

| A Comparative Research on the Evaluation of the Three Parties’ Responsibilities on Fulfillment Between the Hospital Managers and Physicians |

| The study investigated 128 public hospitals in 9 districts located in 3 provinces among the east, central and west areas in China by using the self-designed hospital managers’ and physicians’ psychological contract questionnaires. Comparing the differences on the evaluations of the managers and the physicians. The result showed that the scores evaluated by the managers on hospital responsibilities (including transactional, developmental, relational and ideological responsibilities) were all significantly higher than that by the physicians, especially on developmental responsibilities; but there were no significant differences on the evaluations of the government /social responsibilities fulfillment between them. |
