| 根据国务院印发的《关于取消非行政许可审批事项的规定》，国家卫生计生委按照《医疗技术临床应用管理办法》，取消了对第三类医疗技术临床准入非行政许可的审批。通过对第三类医疗技术的特性、管理难点与现状及其非行政许可审批制的内涵进行分析，结合近6年来在某三级甲等专科医院的医疗技术管理实践, 在国务院取消第三类医疗技术的非行政许可审批的背景下，提出了强化第三类医疗技术管理的5点建议。 |

| According to “The Decision of Cancelling of Non-Administrative Licensing Approval” and "Medical Technology Clinical Application Management Method”，clinical non-administrative licensing approoal to the third rank medical technology is canceled.Through the analysis of the characteristics, management difficulties and status situation and the connotation of non-executive licensing examination and approval system, in combination with recent six years’ medical technology management practice from a 3-A hospital and other specialized subject hospitals, and under the background of the State Council canceling non-administrative licensing approval to the third rank medical technology, five suggestions of strengthening the third rank medical technology are proposed. |
