| 目的 了解医生的工作状态与环境对医患关系的影响。方法 采用自填问卷法对深圳市13家医院的医生进行问卷调查，具有很好的匿名性，回收有效问卷289份，为从医生视角看医患关系搜集了重要的基础数据。 结果 深圳市医生普遍面临着工作时间长、诊疗强度大、执业环境变差、患者投诉和医患冲突不断、社会地位明显下降等职业挑战；医生比较看重医院实力，但是对医院的报酬公平性最为不满。 结论 医患关系紧张归根结底是医疗资源不合理配置造成的，推进分级诊疗和医生的多点执业，从而增加医患沟通时间和重建医患信任是改善医患关系的根本解决办法。 |

| Objective To analyze the effect of doctors’ working state and environment to the relationship between doctors and patients. Method Doctors from 13 hospitals in Shenzhen were selected to do questionnaire investigation. It had good anonymity. 289 valid questionnaires were taken back as effective data, which offer important basic data for seeing the doctor-patient relationship from the doctors’ perspective. Result Doctors in Shenzhen are generally confronted with a series of problems and challenges like long working hours, great diagnosis and treatment intensity, worsening working environment, many patients’ complaints and conflicts and lowering social status. Doctors pay attention on hospital strength, but have the lowest satisfaction on the hospital compensation fairness. Conclusion The unreasonable medical resources allocation is the root of the tension between doctors and patients. Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment should be promoted. Increasing the time of doctor-patient communication and reconstructing the doctor-patient trust would be the basic solution. |
