| 目的 探讨电子退费制度对患者治疗体验的影响。方法 收集北京肿瘤医院1 436例退费患者的个人简要信息,设计调查问卷,调查患者对医院退费机制的满意度情况。建立定序逻辑斯特回归模型对问卷结果进行分析,分析影响患者满意度的主要原因。最后分析电子退费制度改善患者满意度的可行性。结果 对患者的满意度情况进行分析,最终结果表明多种因素都涉及现有的收费和退费制度。结论 新型电子退费制度不仅能够降低医院运行成本,有益于医院的长期发展,更能有效地提高患者满意度,改善医患关系。 |

| Influence of Electronic Refund System on Patients’ Satisfaction |

| Objective To investigate the effect of the electronic refund system on the experience in the treatment of patients. Method Collecting the personal brief information of 1 436 refund patients in Beijing Cancer Hospital, doing questionnaire survey, and investigating the patients’ satisfaction situation of hospital refund system. The results were analyzed by setting up the logistic regression model and the main reasons for the satisfaction of patients were analyzed. Finally, the feasibility analysis of new electronic refund system improving the satisfaction of patients was done. Result Patients’ satisfaction is analyzed. Final results show that many factors are involved in the existing fees and refund system. Conclusion The new electronic refund system can not only reduce the operation cost of hospital, be beneficial to the long-term development of the hospital, more effectively improve the satisfaction of patients, and improve the doctor-patient relationship. |
