| 目的 对影响医学研究团队产出价值的因素进行分析。方法 建立模型，以团队规模、理解能力和工作时间分配为主要参数，分析医学研究团队的价值创造过程。使用Vensim PLE进行模拟。结果 在其他条件不变时，能够确定研究团队的最佳规模。大规模研究团队需要团队成员具备较高水平的理解能力，以及将更少的工作时间用于学习知识。结论 医学研究团队的规模需要得到控制，提升团队成员理解能力的投入能够产生积极的回报。团队需要投入时间提升其产出的可表达性。 |

| Abstract: |
Objective To analyze factors that affects the value creation of medical research team. Methods A model is established based on team size, acceptability and learning time of team members. Vensim PLE is employed to simulate the process. Results Ceteris paribus, the optimal value of team size can be decided. The growth of team size requires the increase of team members’ acceptability of knowledge and less time deployed to learning knowledge. Conclusion The team size of medical research size should be controlled. Investment in developing acceptability can be worthy. The team should invest time to improve the acceptability. |
