| 通过对3家样本医院2013年实施临床路径病种产生变异的260例病例的变异原因进行分析，掌握导致变异的所有指标，运用主成分分析的方法，筛选出产生变异的主要指标，从而规范临床路径管理的工作流程，以便提高医院的管理效益，加强医疗质量，最终目的是减轻患者负担，切实解决看病难、看病贵的问题，促进医患关系的和谐。 |

| Through analyzing the causes for 260 variation cases under Clinical Pathway in the three sample hospitals in 2013, the indicators of causing variation were known, and the main indicators of causing variation were grasped. with the principal component analysis method, to standardize the clinical pathway management workflow, and to improve the efficiency of the hospital management, strengthen medical quality, and the final purpose is to reduce the burden of the patients, and effectively solve the problem of high expense and difficulties in medicine, and to promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. |
