| 通过回顾中国医疗改革的现状和问题，梳理了医疗改革的关键环节，提出了医疗同质化的概念。实施医疗技术同质化是中国中长期医疗改革的重要目标和任务。实施医疗同质化可以从执业医师规范化培训、区域医疗资源整合、区域信息化建设、统一医疗评价指标、高标准构建基层医院、移动医疗互联网来着手推进。 |

| Through reviewing the present situation and problems of China’s medical reform, the key points of medical reform were analyzed, the concept of medical treatment homogenization. Medical homogenize can be implemented from the six areas: practitioners of standardization training, medical resources integration, regional health information construction, unified medical evaluation indicator, high standard primary hospital construction and medical mobile internet construction. |
