| 从从社会分工论的角度出发，探索社会分工论对我国分级医疗建设的贡献与应用，并进一步明确分级医疗的概念和建设基本理念。文章认为，构建我国分级医疗服务体系应从合理定位和分工协作角度出发，在良好的制度环境下，由市场规模和需求决定分工，分工的实现程度与各生产环节的连续性和互补性息息相关，并且只有实现分工，进一步提高系统效率，才会走向产业集群或是整合。 |

| Based on the theory of the Division of Labor in Society, the contribution and the application of the mechanism of the division and cooperation inside the medical services system in China is discussed, the concept and construction basic concept of hierarchical medical treatment is further clarified. To achieve the hierarchical medical system, proper division and cooperation, better policy environment would be demanded. The division is decided by the size of healthcare market and demands, and the achievement of division is related to the continuity of the system’s process. At last, the best way to improve the overall efficiency of the health care system and protect the health of patients is to set up a well-organized and high efficient hierarchical medical system. |
