| Based on the particularity of medical health care industry, and through the working practice of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University, three key steps of institutional construction are summarized, which are developing system, fulfilling system and improving system, and introducing the practice in every link in the hospital in detail to provide reference for the hospital system construction and the promotion of the management of the hospital in accordance with law. |
