| The problem of financial power is the core proposition in understanding and studying the financial governance of the public hospital. Through combining with the related theory such as property rights theory and principal-agent theory, the connotation of property right of public hospital, the root of property right problem and the decomposition and configuration of property right are proposed to provide theoretical support to improve the financial governance of the public hospital. |
