微创技术的发展、疼痛控制及麻醉技术的进步推进日间手术不断发展，我国日间手术仍处于起步阶段，与发达国家有较大差距，且因我国医疗环境与国外的迥异，导致日间手术在概念界定、日间手术发展模式、开展术式及手术量等各个方面均与国外日间手术存在差异性。通过阐述国内外日间手术发展趋势，对比我国与国外在日间手术发展领域存在的差异，对于结合自身特点进一步推进我国日间手术发展具有重要的指导意义。 |

Development of minimally invasive techniques, pain control and anesthesia technology promote the day surgery. Chinese day surgery is still in the initial stage, with a large gap between the developed countries. Because the medical environment of China and foreign countries is different, resulting in the differences in concept, development model, operation type and operation quantity of the day surgery, the paper expounds the day surgery development trend at home and abroad, compares the differences at home and abroad in the field. It is very important for the development of the day surgery through combining its own characteristics in China. |
