| Volunteer service is a creative work in hospital. Through volunteer organizational culture construction, a good volunteer management system is built, a lot of loyal volunteers are trained, and a dedicated volunteer service team is constructed to improve the medical service, to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Volunteer service in hospital has been got recognition and praise from majority of patients and social sections. |
