| 目的
调查医学生在实习期间的职业倦怠现象并探究其心理状况。方法 采用职业倦怠调查问卷以及症状自评量表对2013年3月—2013年6月在院实习的180名医学实习生进行调查分析。结果 医学生在实习期间存在一定的职业倦怠现象，心理健康状况存在一定问题，但其与职业怠倦心理状态没有明显的相关性。结论 职业倦怠现象普遍存在于医学实习生中，虽其心理健康状态与职业倦怠没有明确的相关性，但我们应正视医学实习生的心理健康教育，帮助其树立正确的职业观。 |

| Objective To investigate the job burnout situation of medical interns and analyze their psychological condition. Methods During the time of March, 2013 to June, 2013, 180 interns in the hospital were investigated by SCL-90 and MBI—GS. Results The medical interns were experience job burnout during their internship, and their psychological condition was also have some problems, but the job burnout were not associated with the condition of their psychological health statistically. Conclusions It is common to find the phenomenon of job burnout in medical interns, although there were no statistical association between the psychological condition and the job burnout of them, we should pay attention to the psychological education for medical interns , helping them to set up the correct view of life. |
