| Through research, the key problems and weaknesses of hospital human resource management situation and human resource management in a 3A hospital in Xinjiang were fully understood. Meanwhile, modern job evaluation method was used to evaluate hospital physician job. In order to optimize hospital resource allocation, salary and performance management, scientific basis was formed to hospital internal good competition system. |
