| 目的 纸质历史病案数字化制作加工中，采取严格的质控措施，降低每个环节的错误率，保证数字化病案的完整、准确、清晰。方法 加工流程采取流水线作业，设置专人质控等人为干预和系统程序干预两方面。结果 病案数字化质控管理为临床医生工作站调阅病案、患者复印病案等提供准确数据。结论 数字化病案能否从质量上和完整性上代表原件，有效的全程质量控制起着至关重要的作用。 |

| Objective To reduce the error rate of each link and make sure integrity and accuracy of data by taking strict quality control measure in process of paper medical record digitization. Methods We formulating medical record digitization operation regulations and quality standard strictly, taking method of pipeline process flow, setting specially-assigned person quality control artificial intervenes and system program intervene. Results Medical record digitization accurately and clearly provide exact data for doctors to look medical records up at workstations and for patients to copy medical records. Conclusion As referring to whether digitization medical record can stand for original copy or not, integrated and effective quality control is very important. |
