| 目的 运用泰国DRGs方法学对云南省4所公立医院阑尾切除术进行分组研究，找出分组过程中存在的问题，为进一步的研究提供依据。方法 运用泰国分组软件“Grouper”对实行阑尾切除术的患者进行分组，统计学分析运用软件SPSS17.0。结果 3 333例阑尾炎切除术分为单纯性阑尾切除术、腹腔镜下阑尾切除术、复杂诊断阑尾切除术3个大组共10个DRGs组。结论 在分组中由于病案首页信息填写不完整而影响了有效分组，部分组内的数据难以代表其资源消耗程度。 |

| Objective To analyze the group of appendectomy in four public hospitals in Yunan Province based on Thai DRGs metodology，to find out existing problems of grouping process to provide evidence for further research. Method Through using Thai group software "Grouper"，dividing the patients of appendectomy into different groups.Software SPSS17.0 was used to do the analysis.Result 3 333 cases of appendectomy were divided into three groups and 10 DRGs groups，including appendectomy，laparoscopic appendectomy and appendectomy for compli9cate diagnosis.Cunclusion Incomplete medical record information on frontpage affects the grouping process;some of the data within the groups can not be a good representative of its resource consumption. |
