| 随着现代医院门诊管理内涵的不断丰富，应大力提倡运用创新性的、科学而有效的方法来提高门诊服务水平。介绍了T型管理法的诞生与发展运用，阐述了我院“中心化”诊疗模式的主要做法和成效，分析了T型管理法运用于“中心化”诊疗模式的优越性，以期为医院门诊管理模式创新提供有益的理论与实践参考。 |

| The presence and development of T-type management are introduced, main measures and effects of centralized treatment model are explicated, and the advantage of applying T-type management in centralized treatment model is analyzed to provide reference for hospital outpatient management pattern from both theory and practice level. |
