| Critical Path Method(CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT) of the operational research were used to optimize examination procedure of large medical equipment in the hospital to save patient’s time in the hospital. It not only improved successful rate of examination and made patient more comfortable, but also improved utilization ratio of the hospital resource, resulting in much more economic and social benefit for the hospital. |
