| 目的 明确病人安全及病人安全文化的概念，系统地比较和分析病人安全文化测量工具的特点，为研究者正确选择测量工具提供帮助。方法 应用比较研究的方法，分析测量工具的测量维度和性能特点。结果 8种测量工具的测量维度变异较大，但多涉及领导者对于病人安全文化的认知、科室对病人安全的政策、团队的沟通交流和不良事件报告等方面，研究工具性能指标也各有不同。结论 目前关于病人安全文化的测量工具在测量维度和测量对象有着明显的不同，研究者应根据自身的研究情况并结合相应的工具特点作出正确的选择。 |

| Objective To make a clear definition of the concept of patients’ safety and safety culture, to systematically compare and analyze the characteristics of patient safety culture appraisal instrument, and to provide help for researchers’ correct instrument selection. Method Using comparative study method to analyze the dimensions of the instruments and performance characteristics. Result The measurement dimension of 8 kinds of measurement tools has great variation. The common measurement dimensions of these patients’ safety appraisal instrument included the leaders’ perception of patient safety culture, patient safety policy of the department, team communication and partnership and adverse events report, etc. Different research and statistical methods were employed to construct and validate the instrument. Conclusion The current available patient safety instruments have different measurement dimensions and subjects. Researchers should make the right choice based on their research situation and combined with the characteristics of the instrument. |
