| 目的 了解手术室护士专科培训需求，为合理设置手术室专科护士培训内容，探索培训模式提供依据。方法 采用自拟问卷，对参加2013年黑龙江省手术室专科培训的学员进行问卷调查，采用SPSS 18.0进行卡方检验和非参数检验进行统计分析。结果 不同年龄以及不同职称的护士希望得到培训的内容有显著性差异（P ＜ 0.05），教学方式与考核方式趋于多样化，以临床实际操作为主，OSCE考核被青年护士所接受。在学员培训内容重要性认知评价的9个方面中手术室专科知识最为重要。结论 重视和发展护士分层级核心能力，构建多样化的手术室专科护士培训模式，进一步提升专科护理培训质量。 |

Objective To know the needs of specialist training for the nurses of operation room and set a scientific nurse training course in order to find out a training mode for further reference. Methods Using the self-made questionnaire to investigate those who participated in the specialist nursing training of operation room in Heilongjiang Province, and making a chi-square test and a non-parametric test by the SPSS18.0 for the statistical analysis. Results Nurses of different ages and professional titles wish to obtain a significant difference in training contents (P< 0.05). The styles of teaching and assessment tend to diversify mainly in operation of clinical practice. OSCE examination was accepted by the young nurse. The most important of training content to the trainee is the specialized knowledge of operation room in 9 aspects of cognitive appraisal. Conclusion Importance to the nurse grading core should be developed and attached. At the same time, structure diversification of specialist training mode of operation room should be established in order to improve the quality of further specialist nursing training. |
