大型公立医院资源点多、面广,容易造成管理的滞后，若能对现有资源实施科学管理,将对缓解资源紧张有一定的意义。文章探讨了成立公立资源中心这一管理模式,并以研究公共病区、内镜中心等为出发点，分析了重点、难点和缺点，得出结论，认为建立公共资源平台对优化资源合理配置和规范管理均有一定的意义。 |

| Major public hospitals are likely to cause management lag for the extensive and comprehensive resources；furthermore，it would be a good pattern on mitigating the shortage of medical resources if administrated scientifically. By focusing on the public wards and endoscopy centers， the establishment of the public resource centers in the hospital is researched, and the emphasis，difficulties and weakness are analyzed. It is concluded that the establishment of these platforms would make a contribution to allocat the resources optimization and standardized management. |
