| 在新医改的进程中，国家基本药物制度已在基层医疗卫生机构得到了很好的应用，而在公立医院改革过程中，国家基本药物制度的实施是否应该同步成为一个普遍关注的问题。文章通过对公立医院实施国家基本药物制度可行性的分析，阐明公立医院在改革的过程中应该切实推进国家基本药物制度，并提出了相应的制度保障措施。 |

| In the new health care reform process，the essential medicine policy in primary health care institutions has been well used，and in the process of reform in public hospitals，whether the implementation of essential medicine should be synchronized to become a universal concern. Through the feasibility analysis of public hospital implementation of essential medicine policy，this paper clarifying the process of the reform of public hospitals should effectively promote the essential medicine policy and advising some suggestions to ensure the essential medicine policy. |
