| 理事会的构建是实施理事会治理的前提，合适的理事会规模和适当职业背景的理事参与治理，是实现医院治理目标和治理效果的保障。通过研究美国医院理事会的规模和理事的职业背景，对比国内同类案例，发现我国公立医院理事会规模偏小，理事职业背景缺乏指引。建议我国公立医院理事会中理事人数应在控制在15～21人之间，理事职业背景至少应包括政府官员、医务人员和地区代表等。 |

| Size and Composition of Hospital Board in New Healthcare Reform in China |

| ?????? The establishment of the board is the premise board management. Proper board scale and the members of the council with proper professional background are the guarantee of the achievement of hospital governance and performance effect. Through studying the composition and occupational background in the US hospitals, it is concluded that the size of hospital board in China is relatively small and occupational background lacks guideline. It is suggested that the number of board in China should be 15～21 and that the board should be composed of government official, medical staff and district representative. |
