| 目的 调研上海市三甲医院官方微博的现状，为完善大型公立医院微博的规范化、标准化管理提供依据和方法。方法 以上海市三甲医院为调查对象，基于信息数据分析对其官方微博进行网络跟踪调查，从医院官方微博的活跃度、影响度、覆盖度三个核心指标进行数据统计分析。结果 上海市三甲医院官方微博拥有率为20%，活跃度、影响度、覆盖度医院之间差异较大，整体水平均偏低。结论 上海市三甲医院官方微博还处于起步阶段，如何发挥好微博的媒介平台需要引起管理者重视。 |

| Objective To study the status quo of Shanghai 3A hospitals’ official MicroBlog, in order to provide the basis and methods to improve the standard and normalization of large public hospitals’ MicroBlog management. Methods Based on the information data analysis of its official MicroBlog, and online tracking investigation from the hospital official MicroBlog, statistical analysis of three core indicators, including activity, effect and coverage is done. Results Shanghai hospital’s official MicroBlog ownership was 20%, the differences among the activity, the effect and coverage in hospitals were significant, and the overall level was low. Conclusion Shanghai 3A hospitals’ official MicroBlog is still in its infancy. How to play MicroBlog media platform need to the attention of the managers. |
