| ??????? 目的 构建冠心病介入术后临床随访体系。方法 通过组建结构合理的随访队伍、构建随访中心信息数字化平台等收集整理、建立健全经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者的随访档案，并进行术后随访。结果 成功建立了运用中心医疗数字化平台、影像数据收集与分析系统和介入治疗管理系统相结合的冠心病介入术后临床随访体系。结论 构建信息数字化平台与患者临床随访管理相结合的随访体系对于提高临床诊治水平和临床医学研究的内涵建设具有十分重要的意义。 |

????? Objective
To construct the system of clinical follow-up after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. Methods Through building up well-structured follow-up team and construction of digital information platform for collecting, sorting and integrating data, patients performing PCI were followed. Results By using medical digital platform, image data analysis (DCAS) and management of interventional treatment，the system for the follow-up of patients after PCI is successfully established. Conclusion Follow-up system is constructed by using digital information platform and clinical follow-up management，which is pivotal to the progress of clinical practice and medical research. |
