Objective
Through sustainable growth financial strategy research, and promote the sustainable development of public hospitals. Methods Using sustainable growth model, analysis the factors influencing hospital sustainable growth, establish the basic framework of financial sustainable growth strategy. Results Through the example, the sustainable growth of financial strategies play a positive role in the sustainable development of hospital. Conclusion Sustainable growth financial strategy helps managers according to the internal and external environmental changes, timely adjustment of financial strategy, and realize sustainable development of the hospital. |
