| 文章主要针对大型医疗机构发行银医合作模式居民健康卡，研究了自助终端自助发卡流程。首先对居民健康卡卡片的规格和卡片内数据结构进行了讨论；然后给出了居民健康卡自助办卡过程中需要进行的数据交换过程，并设计了居民健康卡自助办卡流程；最后对自助终端自助出卡算法进行了设计。通过本文对自助终端自助出卡流程的设计，将有效提高居民健康卡的办卡效率和使用率，促进居民健康卡的长久发展。 |

| Automatic card-issuing process of self-service terminals is researched based on major medical institutions issuing residents’ health card based on bank and hospital cooperation. First, specifications and the data in the health of residents’ card is discussed；Then the residents’ health card the buffet of data exchange process is put forward，and then the residents’ self-issuing process is designed；Finally，self-help master of the buffet card terminal algorithm is designed. Self-service terminals，self-service process design of the card will effectively improve the efficiency and utilization of the residents’ health card, and promote the long-term development of the residents’ health card. |
