| 支付服务建设是实现居民健康卡跨医疗机构就诊和结算的关键。文章对居民健康卡快捷支付服务进行了研究，引入互联网在线支付技术，讨论了无密扣费的优势、应用方法及其风险管理措施，支持了医疗机构受理不同银行发行的居民健康卡消费的功能。快捷支付服务使得患者能够在医院执行科室直接缴费，优化了就诊服务流程，提高了医疗服务效率。 |

| Payment service is key factor for doctor and settlement across medical institutions. In order to achieve the debit of Resident Health Card from every bank，quick payment mode of Resident Health Card is researched and the online transaction is introduced，then debit without pin，application method and its risk management are discussed. Quick payment using Resident Health Card provides patients a method to pay for medical service at the right department of hospital. As a result，a reasonable medical payment process can be built and efficiency of medical services?is improved. |
