| The management platform design for residents is explored. The card management platform provide the supervision of residents’ health card information and life cycle management，resident health card business management， SAM business management，service access management and health card business regulatory, and the provision of a foreign public service platform. The card management platform provides customers with a health card interactive platform. The virtuous cycle of the dealing and usage of the card to promote the application and development of the residents’ health card. |
