| In order to explore the persistent management mechanism for improving medical quality continuously, chief quality control official system has been implemented in the hospital. The chief quality control official’s concept, qualification certification, responsibility and management mode are introduced. Based on the practice experience, the important effect of the chief quality control official in hospital quality management is studied deeply. |
