| ??????? 近年来随着中部崛起战略的实施，这一地区城市化率进一步提升，社会处于深度转型时期，各种矛盾叠加容易发生突发性事件。医院是突发事件频发的场所，尤其是三甲医院面对的各种风险和突发性事件较多。通过分析医院脆弱性因子，有利于医院预先采取各种预防性举措，加强风险点的管控。以芜湖市第二人民医院为例，选取了17个脆弱性评价因子，并根据层次分析法定量计算出因子的脆弱度。 |

In recent years，with the implementation of the strategy of central China， city rate in this area changes further promotion，social transformation in depth various contradictions superimposed prone to sudden events. Frequent emergencies happen in the hospital，especially hospitals face more various risks and sudden events. Through the analysis of the hospital the vulnerability factor facilitates hospital prior to take preventive measures，and strengthen risk control. Through taking Wuhu Second People’s Hospital as an example, 17 vulnerability evaluation factors are selected based on AHP quantitative calculation factor of vulnerability. |
