| As the leader in the field and the manager in department, the clinical department director of general hospital plays an important role to the hospital development and strategic target realization. This research is based on the performance management theory，for clinical department director performance connotation，construct the model of performance evaluation dimensions on clinical department director and the frame for performance evaluation system of clinical department director，for scientific comprehensive evaluation of clinical department director performance to provide the reference. |
