????? 目的 探讨 PDCA 循环模式在医院I类切口手术和介入治疗抗菌药物预防使用合理性持续改进中的应用及可行性，促进临床抗菌药物合理使用。方法 利用医院软件系统对I类切口手术和介入治疗抗菌药物预防使用现状调查，然后运用 PDCA 循环理论对不合理现象进行原因分析、制订干预计划、检查、总结，指导临床合理用药，加强监督检查、反馈及责任追究。结果 运用PDCA循环后，I类切口手术和介入治疗抗菌药物预防使用持续改进达到预期目标。结论 PDCA 循环用于I类切口手术和介入治疗抗菌药物预防使用的持续改进效果显著，可在医院抗菌药物管理中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application and feasibility of the PDCA mode in the continuous improvement of the rationality of the prophylactic use of antibacterials for type Ⅰ incision and interventional therapy to promote clinical rational antibacterials application. Methods The prophylactic use of antibacterials for type Ⅰ incision and interventional therapy was investigated with the hospital software system. The PDCA mode was applied to guide physicians to rational use of antibacterials application and strengthen the surveillance, feedback and discipline. Results After the application of PDCA, the expected objective of continuous improvement of the rationality of prophylactic use of antibacterials for type Ⅰ incision and interventional therapy was achieved. Conclusion The application of PDCA obviously improved rationality of the prophylactic use of antibacterials for type Ⅰ incision and interventional therapy. It can be widely used in hospital antibacterials management.
