| 疾病诊断相关组是世界性范围内在医疗管理领域和支付方式领域广泛应用的一种病例组合系统。综述疾病诊断相关组的发展过程、概念内涵、分组逻辑和优势，通过采用文献研究的方法，介绍疾病诊断相关组在我国的研究进展，通过更加深入的研究与积极的实践，扬长避短，疾病诊断相关组对于推进我国卫生事业的改革与发展将大有裨益。 |

| The developing process, definition, grouping logic and strengths of Diagnosis Related Group System, which is an international Case-Mix tool in the areas of medical management and payment, are decribed. According to literature research of its progress in China, summary of its national and regional politic supports and presenting localized practice, DRGs is proved to be feasible and advantageous in China. |
