The stakeholder roles, positions and the complex relationship in public hospital governance reform were analyzed with the method of stakeholder approach, in order to clarity the challenges and resistance of the reform process. The results showed that interest relationship is the most complex and sensitive. Depending on the government to balance interests and coordinating mechanisms decided that the reform is long-term process and will not change so dramatically. Many feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
