公立医院绩效工资分配是否公平,需要对“公平性”有基本一致的认识和对分配结果的检测方法。机会均等、过程透明、结果可控、按岗定酬、优绩优酬、正确理解经济效益和社会效益是公平性理解的基本认识。差距排序、主任要素法、员工要素法是目前可用的公平性检测方法。 |

| Whether the pay for performance in public hospitals is fair is based on the basically same understanding of “fairness” and the detection methods for the results of the allocation. Equality of opportunity, open process, the controlling results, pay based on business, high pay for excellent performance, correct understanding of the economic and social benefits are the basic understanding to fairness. Sorting based on gaps, methods of director elements and medical staff are the fair detection methods, which are available at present. |
