摘要:
进一步规范和完善门诊的环节质量管理模式,健全环节质量管理制度,制定检查督导方式,坚持以病人为中心,使就诊患者满意度和医疗质量均提高(P<0.01),不断规范环节管理模式,持续性改进医疗服务质量,努力实现方便、快捷和流畅的就诊流程。

Abstract:
The following measures should be taken:further standardizing and improving the quality of management out-links, improving link quality management system, setting up inspection and supervision methods, adhering to the patient-centered model, so that health care and patient satisfaction and quality are increased (P<0.01), and continuing to regulate part of management, continuous Improvement of medical service quality, and making efforts to achieve convenient, fast and smooth process visits.
