| 将知识管理融入科室的业务管理之中，可以提高科室的知识管理和业务流程管理水平。通过将神经内科医生每年1次的业务理论考试纳入科室常规业务管理的流程中，动态地了解科室各级医生的知识结构和知识更新情况，对发现的问题提出相应的指导方案，促进知识向科室具体业务能力的转化，提高了科室的综合业务水平和核心竞争力。 |

| Knowledge management based on business management is able to elevate the level of knowledge and business process management in departments. Dynamic changes about the knowledge structure and renewal in different grade doctors of neurological department were found, when business theory test of doctors yearly was brought into routine process of business management.Relative instructions based on those problems discovered were proposed, so that the level，which knowledge was converted to ability of specific business in department，and general business level and core competitive power of the department were enhanced. |
